One of our top priorities at Converge Church is organizational health. In order to reach this goal, we will be launching Converge Leadership College (CLC) in September 2021. The Leadership College will serve as our leadership development funnel for identifying, influencing and integrating leaders for service within the local church and community.
Track 1: Lay Leader
We’ve designed this one-year leadership development track for individuals who do not sense a call to full-time vocational ministry but would like to grow in their biblical leadership acumen and aptitude.
Track 2: Vocational Ministry
This two-year leadership development track is designed for individuals who sense a call to full-time vocational ministry. This may result in one of the following outcomes: licensing, ordination, itinerant ministry/evangelism, full-time missions, and/or pastorate, etc.
